Refund policy

At Fudsy, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality food products to your doorstep. If 
something isn’t right, we’re here to help. 
1. No Return Policy (Food Safety Reason) 
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the package is delivered. 
This is to maintain hygiene and food safety standards. 
2. Damaged / Wrong Product Replacement  We offer a replacement in the following cases: 
The product received is damaged 
Wrong product delivered 
Packaging is tampered 
The product has expired at the time of delivery 
To be eligible: 
You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery 
Share clear photos & an unboxing video as proof 
The order number must be provided 
Without proof, replacement may not be processed. 

Replacement Timeline

Once the request is verified and approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 2–3 business days, depending on the delivery location.


3. Refund Process Once approved: 
Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days 
Amount will be credited to the original payment method 
In case of Cash on Delivery, the refund will be sent via bank transfer or UPI 
4. Order Cancellation 
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order 
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible 
5. Non-Refundable Situations We do not offer refunds for: 
Change of mind 
Taste preference issues 
Incorrect address provided by the customer 
Failed delivery due to unavailability
