1. Order Processing Time 
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days 
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day 
You will receive a confirmation message once your order is shipped. 
2. Delivery Time 
Estimated delivery time: 
Kerala: 2–4 working days 
Rest of India: 4–7 working days 
Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service availability. 
3. Shipping Charges 
Standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via:

You can track your order using the provided tracking link. 
5. Delays 
While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to: 
Weather conditions 
Courier issues 
High order volumes 
Incorrect address provided 
Fudsy is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will assist you in tracking 
your shipment. 
6. Delivery Attempts 
Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times 
If the order is returned due to customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply 
7. Damaged During Transit 
If your package arrives damaged: 
Do not accept if visibly tampered 
Or record an unboxing video 
Contact us within 24 hours 
We will assist you with a replacement as per our Refund Policy.
